Accept payments via Cash App using Coinflow.

Overview

Cash App is a popular peer-to-peer payment app in the United States. With Coinflow’s Cash App integration, merchants can accept payments directly from customers’ Cash App accounts. Customers complete payments by scanning a QR code or deep linking directly to Cash App on their mobile device.

Upon a successful payment, merchants receive USDC to their configured settlement location.

How It Works

  1. Merchant defines their revenue settlement location.
  2. Merchant calls the Cash App Checkout endpoint with the purchase subtotal and customer email.
  3. The API returns a cashAppLink, paymentId and expiresAt.
  4. Merchant renders the cashAppLink as a QR code for desktop users, or automatically redirects mobile users to the Cash App deep link.
  5. Customer completes payment in Cash App.
  6. Merchant receives USDC in their defined settlement location.
  7. Merchant listens for Settled webhook events to confirm payment completion.
