Configuring Your Settlement Settings

Configuring Settlement Settings

Before implementing merchant payouts, you must configure how you want to receive settlement funds. Coinflow offers two options:

A hosted balance managed by Coinflow with multiple funding options.

Advantages:

  • No wallet management required
  • No network fees
  • Simple API integration
  • Multiple funding methods (starting with bank wire)

How to Configure:

  1. Log into your merchant dashboard
  2. Navigate to Settings > Withdrawals
  3. Select “Coinflow Balance” as your settlement method
  4. Contact Coinflow to receive your funding instructions

Funding Your Balance:

  • Wire Transfer: Request wire instructions from Coinflow

The Coinflow Balance is a Solana-based wallet. Stellar and EVM chains are not supported for this settlement option. To pay out from a Stellar or EVM wallet, use Option 2: Bring Your Own Wallet.

Additional Funding:

  • USDC on Solana: Send USDC to your provided wallet address

Option 2: Bring Your Own Wallet (BYO)

Use your own USDC-compatible wallet as the source of funds:

Advantages:

  • Direct blockchain access
  • Can use existing wallet infrastructure
