How To: Add Your Own Payout Fees
Learn how to add your own fees for every payout transaction.
Overview
Custom payout fees allow you to add your own transaction fees on top of Coinflow’s processing fees. You can configure who pays these fees and how they’re calculated.
Configure Who Pays Coinflow Processing Fees
Merchants using the Coinflow In-App Wallet can configure custom withdrawal fees directly in the merchant dashboard. By default, processing fees (the service fees Coinflow charges) are passed directly to the customer. However, you can choose to cover these fees if desired.

Coinflow will invoice you at the end of the month for processing fees covered. The invoice will reflect the total amount of fees you covered on behalf of your customers.
How to Enable Merchant-Covered Fees
To change your withdrawal fee settings:
- Log in to the Coinflow Merchant Dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings > Withdrawals > Withdrawal Fees.
- Enable
